I use, enjoy and trust an Incra lift system. I depend on (A) the ability to zero the bit, (B) note the various settings as I make changes in depth of cut and (C) the ability to lock it in place.

These things allow me to make a journal of projects that I am likely to do again in the future. When that time comes, all I have to do is refer to the journal and the Incra system allows me to repeat the process without experimentation.

If the system at which you are looking does at least the same things, my guess is that you will be glad that you made the purchase.
