School Rewards Program

CIWW is partnering with local elementary schools to reward students who are caught doing something right! These students are recognized at the end of each grading period by receiving a durable wooden award, hand-crafted by CIWW volunteers.

Students love hearing their names called and selecting an award to take home with them. Your financial support will help in making a difference for kids caught doing something right!

’Good Memory’ Boxes Program

Each year, CIWW focuses on helping 400 children who lost a parent during the year by giving them a special wooden box to store their ‘good memories’ before their loss. Made by the all-volunteer members of CIWW, each box is hand-crafted with love, knowing the recipients will appreciate having a special place to store their treasured possessions for years to come.

Good Memory Boxes, decorated by each child and packed with precious keepsakes, will travel with them through the difficult journey of grieving the death of a hugely important person.

Your financial help will make a difference for these 400 children each year.

Holiday Gifts Program

Many families in Central Indiana do not have the money to buy toys for the holidays. CIWW’s all-volunteer members are making a difference by hand-crafting thousands of durable, wooden toys, games and gifts to give away at Christmastime for kids who may otherwise go without.

Many parents and grandparents of the children remember getting this type of toy in their childhood and how the memory, if not the actual toy, lasted forever!

Financially supporting our Holiday Gifts program will help in making a difference for kids all over Central Indiana!

Honoring Those Who Served Program

This program provides personalized flag cases and urns for families to honor their loved ones who served in the US Military, or as career law enforcement officers, firefighters, paramedics, and other first responders.

Offered free to the families of these community servants in Central Indiana, CIWW creates personalized, hand-crafted wood flag cases or urns to honor their memories for generations to come.
