I will add that it would be nice to know about the garage/estate sales earlier.

As another newer member, I agree with Andrew about communications on some matters.  It seems that there are layers of info that must be navigated.  For long-term members it probably is not an issue, because of familiarity.

I’m wanting to join the Furniture SIC, I showed up for the meeting this morning, but didn’t realize it had been canceled. I saw that there was a post in the Furniture SIC forum, but I don’t get notifications about new activity on that forum. I also tried to create this post there, but it didn’t look like I was able to. is there something special I need to do get notifications about that SIC? Or is there an email group I can be added to?
